We first got in contact with Holiday Inn regarding our wedding in August 2017, and after having a conversation on the phone with Natalie, I felt so at ease with our upcoming appointment to view the hotel. On arrival to the hotel, we was made to feel so welcome by all staff. We discussed our day in detail with Natalie and she made a note of absolute everything of which she made sure was emailed to me ASAP! We had numerous visits to the venue, to discuss all the finer details and make sure we was happy with what was happening. The day before the wedding. I was a nervous wreck though nothing was ever too much of the staff who were working. I was such a worrier and all staff made me feel at ease. The morning of the wedding, myself, my son and my bridesmaid went for breakfast, absolutely gorgeous! The ceremony room, the Chatsworth and the lounge were beautifully set The food for the wedding breakfast was to die for. We both really enjoyed our meal (I’m so sorry i didn’t eat it all, I was saving room for the dessert) Our evening guests arrived and all admired the venue and set up. All the staff at the Holiday Inn played a huge part in making our day so perfect. And we will never forget everything you did for us! From start to finish Natalie helped us organize our perfect day. We had plenty of meetings where we were able to discuss ideas and plans or she was always on the end of the phone/email. They decorated the room beautifully as discussed and nothing was too much trouble. The grounds surrounding the venue are lovely and our photos look fantastic with the green scenery behind. Everything ran on time and smoothly and couldn't have asked for anything more from them. We highly recommend this for your wedding venue and are so greatful you made our day so perfect.
