We had initially booked another venue in West London, but that vendor was very slow to respond and the relationship didn't lend itself to trust and openness so we were on the lookout for other options. She was communicative, supportive, warm, and understanding of the stress involved with planning a wedding of this scale. She was clear about responsibilities (such as what was Hilton's vs. the caterer's) but also went above and beyond to help us whenever possible. We had the best experience at Hilton Paddington hotel on our wedding day. Renata and the team were patiently there helping and guiding us through the process. We had a small reception max 25 and the room and prices at the Hilton were ideal for our wedding celebration!!! Also the food was absolutely delicious everyone loved it!
