I do not have the words to describe how wonderful Heist Bank were from start to finish in hosting our wedding. Cara was our events organiser and nothing ever felt like too much, she’s was responsive, efficient and lovely in equal measure! She always made us feel like everything was in hand. Heist Bank use a shared excel to make the planning easy, and was a great framework for us to build on. On the day, Harry looked after us and made the place look perfect. Our decoration plan was followed to the letter and he was so adaptable and reassuring throughout. Every single member of staff was fantastic, so friendly and happy to help with anything! Heist Bank was the perfect venue for us. We wanted somewhere with good food, a fun vibe, somewhere for a great party, something for everyone, and to accommodate our guest list! Heist Bank delivered on all of this for us! Considering this is not a full time wedding venue, the planning and on the day support we received was totally fantastic and the team really understood how to cater to our needs. Cara was super responsive and supportive through all of our requests and questions before the day. On the day Liana and her team set up the venue just as we wanted it, they even added extra lovely details like dressing our cake table. The service throughout the day was fantastic, the food was delicious, hot and served swiftly. We had our wedding at Heist Bank and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From start to finish, the service was seamless. Emails were always replied to promptly, with all options clearly outlined and all the information we needed provided without delay. Our event planner was fantastic, guiding us through every detail and offering helpful advice on drinks, food, and setup, really helping us turn our vision into reality. On the day, the onsite team were incredibly accommodating with our setup and decoration requests, and everything ran like clockwork. The staff were friendly, professional, and organised throughout. Heist bank recently hosted our wedding reception and we could not have been happier with the evening. The team were incredibly helpful and clear when walking us through the options for the evening and everything was just as promised. We recently had our wedding reception at Heist Bank and it was was an 11/10 decision. The staff at HB were exceptional, so professional and easy going and loads of fun. They looked after us so well, all our guests were so impressed by their level of care. The food is banging. We had sharing food for starters and main and their famous pizza in the evening. We adore the Heist - for a warm evening with wonderful food and a superb selection of beers it's perfect, but we took it a stage further and hired the whole restaurant and held our glorious low key and personalized wedding reception here and had a perfect experience with helpful and creative staff, incredible sharing platters, canteen seating in the fairy-light festooned restaurant, great wine and an open bar, finished off with partying the night away with their games and karaoke downstairs. We couldn't have asked for better. As the review says, we're now Heist superfans.
