Hayne Devon was the only venue we visited, and we instantly knew it was the one. Weddings need not be stressful, and Tim and his team truly brought that vision to life. The staff were so lovely, and everything was handled smoothly and discreetly. The venue is absolutely stunning. We were lucky to have good weather on our side, which meant our guests had full access to the beautiful grounds. One of my friends described it as something out of a fairytale and that’s a fitting description. The accommodations are tastefully decorated and so cozy! There are options including shepherd’s huts, bell tents, camping, and a threshing barn. Not to mention Tim’s incredible band! they really elevated the experience. Milla and Tim were fantastic from the get go - we could not have pulled off our 2 month engagement without them! They were quick to respond (despite being in another time zone at the first contact), with helpful details throughout, no hidden costs and a fantastic set of contacts for local suppliers for anything we could need. The venue itself is absolutely stunning, set in the midst of the Devon countryside and beautiful even on a cloudy day but absolutely shines on a sunny spring day, with an abundance of flowers. We didn't have the budget for a lot of decoration but the venue itself had such a beautiful rustic charm that this went unnoticed. The staff were wonderful, and a special thank you to Rachel & Honorata who ensured the day itself ran smoothly throughout. I cannot express enough how incredible this venue and the team are! We recently got married at Hayne and couldn’t have wished for a better day! From the moment we first visited Hayne and met the incredible Tim and Milla, we knew this was the place we wanted to get married. Tim and Milla were so welcoming and offered support throughout the planning, and their dedication in making it your dream day really shines through. The very talented Tim played in his jazz trio during the canapés and in his band, The Honest John Band, for the evening entertainment. Everyone said how brilliant they were; they certainly had everyone on their feet! I can’t recommend them enough. Hayne’s rustic charm is really second to none! If you’re looking for a wild, idyllic place to get married then this is it. A real bonus is that you can have this stunning venue for a whole weekend, meaning you can extend the wedding celebrations with your loved ones. The accommodation is brilliant, particularly the long barn which was spacious and felt luxurious for the bridal party to get ready in. Our guests also commented on how brilliant the bell tents were, too! We were lucky enough to have the ceremony outside in the walled garden creating an intimate atmosphere. The gardens and surrounding areas of Hayne are beautiful. The barn where the reception was held was decorated perfectly, with Milla creating incredible flower macrame arrangements which were exquisite. Milla also created wonderful corsages, buttonholes, flower crowns and my bouquet which truly reflected the feel of Hayne: rustic, natural and wild. The team at Hayne worked incredibly hard to ensure the day went seamlessly. Their professionalism shines through and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day. Hayne...what a magical place! Our wedding was a small party of 16 and we had no set vision of what we wanted our special day to be, other than our favourite people in a beautiful place. Tim and Milla were amazing at creating a chilled, cozy day for our winter ceremony. Both have their own interests in the form of gorgeous flowers and musical talents and they add such a personal touch. The gardens around their spectacular home and grounds are really special and our photos were just perfect. Given our small group we were unsure how the day would go, but from canapes to dinner to dancing, everything ran smoothly and was exactly what we wanted without us even really knowing

Where do I start.. Tim, Milla and the team hosted our wedding in October and it was perfect from start to finish. They were so accommodating of our requests. Being there from Friday to Sunday is a real bonus, it really made it special being with our friends and family for more than just one day. My very special day literally wouldn't have been possible without them. The venue itself is stunning, and extremely versatile given the indoor-outdoor flow. Milla made all the spaces really beautiful with lights and flowers, so it felt like a magical wonderland and was very memorable. What a place! An absolutely magical venue - yet still a reasonably well kept secret. We got married here in Autumn last year and it couldn't have been more perfect. The setting and buildings are breathtakingly beautiful and Tim and Milla's experience and professionalism really makes Hayne an exceptional venue. From the thoughtful creative touches Milla and her team put into the styling, flowers and food and drink service, to the care and creativity in the building restoration and grounds, and facilities, we were blown away and so were our guests. The autumn rain meant we felt really cosy in the dining area with wood burner and festoon lighting, and our accommodation with roll top baths and the comfiest beds imaginable made the perfect place to wake up as a married couple. Delicious locally source wedding brunch and fantastic music from Tim’s band on the day really added that special cherry on the top.
