Kerrie was absolutely fantastic, guiding us every step of the way to create the relaxed, rustic, and romantic wedding we had always dreamed of. We had our welcome drinks on the lawn which provided the most beautiful backdrop for our photos of the rolling hills of Devon! We couldn’t have dreamed of a more magical setting for our wedding than this beautiful venue tucked away in the Devonshire countryside. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking scenery – rolling green hills, ancient woodlands, and a peaceful stillness that made the whole experience feel utterly removed from the outside world. The location truly feels like a secret hideaway, and that sense of seclusion made our day feel all the more special. The venue itself is charmingly intimate – full of rustic elegance with thoughtful touches that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Whether you’re planning a small, family-focused celebration or a more relaxed gathering with close friends, the space lends itself perfectly to a personal, meaningful day. It never felt too big or too formal – just comfortable, beautiful, and completely ours for the weekend. One of the standout aspects was the flexibility the venue offered. We never felt constrained by a rigid structure or set packages. Instead, we were given the freedom to tailor every detail to suit us – from the layout of the ceremony and reception to the timing and choice of suppliers. The owners were incredibly supportive, always on hand with thoughtful suggestions but never intrusive, allowing us to create a day that felt entirely authentic and reflective of who we are.
