At every stage of the planning, Chloe, the Wedding Coordinator, was helpful, friendly and very professional. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The day itself ran like clockwork. EVERY member of staff from housekeeping, kitchen and restaurant, bar and waiting staff were exemplary! They clearly know their roles inside out, and all of our guests spoke so highly of every part of our big day. Often, Wedding food can be mass produced, luke warm and mediocre at best, however, ours was excellent. The food was served piping hot, delicious and our guests commented on just how good it was in comparison to other weddings they had attended. We recently got married at The Fenwick Hotel and I cannot thank them enough for ensuring that we had the best day of our lives. Right from the moment we decided to book our wedding with them, they have been super helpful and accommodating and Chloe the wedding coordinator is just outstanding at her job. She made sure the whole day went to plan without a hitch and everything could not have been more perfect. Chloe was also incredible in the lead up to the wedding, always available to answer our questions and helping advise us. In addition, she listened to everything we wanted and made sure it happened. The food was also absolutely incredible and loads of our guests commented on how brilliant it was - everyone was well fed and happy 😊 Finally, the venue itself is just lovely - really beautiful and intimate. From the very first meeting to the final moments of our wedding day, we knew The Fenwick Hotel was simply outstanding and is where we wanted our wedding to be. Our day ran perfectly from start to finish, and that is entirely down to the incredible team who made everything feel seamless, special, and completely stress-free. So many of our guests have commented that it was the best wedding meal they have ever had – beautifully presented, perfectly cooked, and served with such care and professionalism. We couldn’t recommend the Fenwick Hotel enough after our wedding day. Chloe our wedding coordinator was an angel and so professional the whole day. She helped make every single detail perfect and made sure everything ran smoothly. Everything was organised to perfection. Everything from the ceremony, to the meal, to the service at the reception were all amazing. The whole team at the hotel were amazing, not just on the wedding day but the day before and also the morning after as we had a lot of guests staying over. Any questions we had leading up to the day were always answered efficiently and any concerns we ever had were always put at ease. We would recommend this venue to anyone looking to get married in the Ayrshire area.
