We truly had the wedding of our dreams at the Crowne Plaza. The whole experience from viewing the venue to checking out the day after our wedding was amazing. Heidi helped every step of the way and made sure we got everything covered including things which were nothing to do with the venue so she didn’t need to give advice or help but she did! We came up against a couple of glitches along the way and Heidi went above and beyond to make sure they were resolved and our wedding day was not impacted. The team on the day were also brilliant. I was inundated with comments from our guests saying how well the day was managed and that the staff could not do enough to make sure the day ran smoothly. In particular Martin was incredible on the day and the morning after the wedding. A separate breakfast was put on the morning after the wedding just for us and our guests so we could have a lie in and have our own area to talk about the day before. Th

We had the most magical wedding day! And mostly thanks to the crowne plaza at felbridge! Heidi and her team were so helpful from the moment we started to plan our day right through until the very end! Every meeting, through to every email and every second of our special day we felt at ease in Heidi's hands. Everyone at the crowne plaza were so friendly even the catering staff and reception staff and everybody was so helpful if we had even the smallest of questions. The way the room was set out for our wedding breakfast was absolutly stunning and I couldnt believe how perfect it was, I had a picture in my mind how I wanted it to look and it looked even more stunning, joanne who created our stationary is absolutly incredible and made our table stationary, wedding post box and table plan look stunning! Even when needing to change djs last minute heidi found an alternative for us straight away and without a doubt we were still at complete ease and the music was brilliant throughout the whole evening. The food tasted delicious, we had nothing but good comments about the sit down meal and evening buffet! We stayed in a honeymoon suite for the night and the room was lovely! With our own little balcony, personalised sweet treats, champagne and love heart swans made from towels with petals on the bed was such a sweet touch! I had always wanted to get married at the Felbridge Hotel and luckily for me my husband didn't object. We choose to have our reception in the trio suite as we were having only 50 guests for our wedding breakfast. It was decorated as we had planned and the food was delicious and portion sizes generous. Staff were professional and helpful. Our toast master, DJ and event planner supported us through the planning of our wedding and were amazing on our day. We held our wedding reception in the Felbridge Hotel's Grand Ballroom in April 2012. Dealing with the hotel was an absolute pleasure from start to finish - nothing was too much trouble and communication was excellent, taking some of the stress out of planning our wedding.
