I just wanted to send a huge thank you to everyone at the venue for making our wedding day so amazing. After having such an unfortunate experience with our previous venue, we were obviously quite nervous about booking somewhere else, so I particularly want to thank Sophie for answering all of our initial questions and making us feel so comfortable and confident that we had made the right decision. You really helped put our minds at ease from the very beginning. A massive thank you to Ella as well, who answered what felt like a million questions from me and always had another to-do list ready for me. Having that continuous list and knowing what I needed to be doing meant I never felt like I was falling behind, and I really appreciated all of your help in the lead-up to the wedding. Then, of course, Jade on the actual day. Thank you so much for helping us decorate, sorting everything out behind the scenes and, most importantly, keeping me calm when the power decided to cut out! I honestly don’t know what I would have done without you. A huge shout out to the bar staff too — Emily, Emily and Billy. You were all so lovely, friendly and helpful throughout the whole night and made such a difference to the atmosphere. Everyone was so friendly and it really didn’t go unnoticed. From start to finish Edenwood Place have been amazing. I’ve never met such friendly and helpful staff. The venue is absolutely beautiful and decorated so nicely. We got married at the Pergola Terrace and it was stunning. Ella was amazing in helping us get everything organised with booking. She always responded quickly to any questions we had over email or the phone. We had a meeting a couple weeks before the wedding in person to run through everything and it took the nerves off as I instantly knew the team would ensure everything run smoothly and it most certainly did. Was such an easy process Ella was so kind and friendly! On the day, I felt really nervous but Jade instantly calmed them and made me feel so much better. She did a wonderful job at helping set up the venue looked amazing and it was all done so quickly!! Her calming caring lovely nature was just amazing. Anything we needed she would be there to help, nothing was too much hassle. The whole day run smoothly I didn’t have to worry about anything thanks to Jade. We got married at Edenwood Place and honestly could not have asked for a better venue. The staff were incredible from start to finish and genuinely could not have done more to help us throughout the entire process. Before the wedding itself, Ella was absolutely fantastic. Wedding planning can feel overwhelming, especially when so much of our wedding was DIY or made by ourselves and family, but she made the whole process feel so much easier. She answered all of my probably silly questions without ever making me feel like a bother and was always so supportive and happy to help. We met with her several times before the wedding to go over plans and every meeting left us feeling far less anxious and much more excited for the day. The get ready room on the morning of the wedding was also amazing. There was loads of space for all of us to do our hair and makeup comfortably, which was especially important as I was a DIY bride. The setup was lovely, with complimentary tea, coffee and lemon water available, which everyone appreciated during the morning. There was also a little side room specifically for getting into my dress, with plenty of space to move around and hang everything up properly, which made everything feel calm and organised. We had an unexpected 31 degree heatwave on the wedding day, but the team handled everything so well. They kept our cake refrigerated for as long as possible so it would not melt in the heat and were constantly on top of everything throughout the day. A huge special mention has to go to Jade, our coordinator on the day, who was absolutely amazing. She checked on me regularly while I was getting ready to make sure I was okay, made sure my slightly nervous groom had drinks, and honestly helped the entire day run without a hitch. Having someone so calm, attentive and genuinely caring there made such a difference. The venue itself is stunning and beautifully decorated already, which takes so much pressure off when planning. Features like the prosecco wall, the decor behind the bar, and the gorgeous lighting around the sun room in the evening meant we did not need hundreds of extra decorations to make everything look special. The views over the North Downs are absolutely beautiful as well and made the perfect backdrop for photos. The food was another absolute highlight. Our wedding breakfast was provided by Smoke and Barrel Bro and we had an incredible BBQ banquet. So many guests told us it was the best wedding food they had ever had, and we completely agreed. Mickey the chef was brilliant, really friendly and helpful, and even came out to the tables to dish out the last of the chips. His prices were very reasonable and the food was genuinely sublime. Tom and I especially loved the beef brisket. In the evening we had Barn Events Catering provide pizza, which went down a storm. It was absolutely delicious and the perfect relaxed option for later in the day. We also hired the sweets cart, which we turned into more of a snacks cart with popcorn, cheesy savoury biscuits, and sweets. A M A Z I N G from the very first meeting with Ella. Ella was soo helpful and quick to reply to all my questions and wants. It all went so seemless. On the day Jade was our coordinator who yet again was brilliant. Couldn't do enough for the all the wedding party. Myself and a few of my girls turned up at 12pm to use their Blue Room. A beautiful room with 5 beauty stations, adjoining dressing room, there's also a shower room across the hall with a terrace further down the hall. On arrival, the chilled Prosecco was waiting for us with a kettle, coffee etc in the room. Us girls absolutely loved getting ready together, sipping Prosecco, helping each other with makeup, hair etc. It was a big part of the day for me. The ceremony was stunning. It was held in their Sun Room, which has a retractable roof and due to the unusual lovely day, Jade suggested trying the roof retracted. It gave it a feel of being abroad, you couldn't get better in England. I had the chairs covered which my caterers did (Krazy Grazy, who were also fab). It really set the whole scene. They have 2 further terraces which you can have your ceremony on but for me the Sun Room was it, plus had it been raining, the roof would have stayed closed. Win Win! On the top terrace you look out over the weald of Kent which is beautiful for photo's, especially at sunset. My photographer (Heartfelt Lens, another fab service) took great delight with the sash windows and the lighting along with the top terrace. Can't wait to see the photo's. I honestly can't rate Edenwood Place and all the staff enough, makes me want to cry happy tears at the memory (only last week). I've been married before using a very reputable hotel chain but Edenwood blew this out of the water. Only downside is, if you're going to have a drive by to look, PLEASE don't be put off by the slightly shabby paintwork outside, it really doesn't reflect the inside. Once you're inside, the whole

When we first viewed Edenwood Place as our potential wedding venue, we absolutely fell in love with the industrial / botanical theme of the venue and how unique it was. We were looking for an intimate venue with lots of character and found exactly that with Edenwood Place. We booked our date about a year in advance, and throughout this, we had great communcation with the events team about any questions we had. My daughter was having an intimate gathering of family/friends following her registry wedding - we were at a loss as to what to do. We did not want to do a restaurant or a big venue but somehow our luck was in and we came across Edenwood Place! Many yrs ago this wasn’t what it is now - which is a lovely, beautiful, modern venue for a small/medium sized venue with some of the most wonderful staff on the planet - namely - Georgia and her crew - we went to meet with her - explained our dilemma/vision to her. she was so friendly with a gorgeous smile - she took us around the venue making suggestions and allowing us to let us explain our vision - she also said they had items we could use items they have for weddings like the arch, cake stand, sweets trolley, drinks wall etc… she even helped us stay on budget which was so nice! Luckily she knew/suggested our stylist, cake maker and even suggested the excellent chef - this made things so much easier and we also brought our stylist in to preplan our event in their eyes together. On the actual day we did not visit prior to the actual time as it would be a lovely surprise for us to see it then too - we weren’t disappointed- the chairs we ordered along with white table clothes were just right for the autumnal decor - [they do provide those but we wanted a particular style]. All the way from the front door right through the middle area we’re so beautifully decorated - the bar was manned right through till much later - the music tho was my daughters choice so not Bhangra enough 😅😂🤣- Georgia and her barman worked tirelessly making it wonderful and the chef and his team brought out some wonderful canapés./food. We contacted Jo after we made the difficult decision to cancel our abroad wedding due to COVID. As we had been planning our wedding for 2 years I was looking to organise a small, intimate wedding in 6-7 weeks here in the UK. Jo was fantastic with keeping in touch with us and coordinating all the suppliers at very short notice. The venue was perfect for our intimate day we had planned with the top terrace offering stunning views across Bluebell Hill. The day went so well and all our guests commented on how amazing the venue was and how all the staff were so friendly. After the upset of postponing our 2020 wedding and the realisation of a smaller wedding we had to re think our whole plan. From our first meeting with Jo up to the wedding day I couldn't be more grateful we chose Edenwood Place as our venue. The venue itself is beautiful and lends itself to so many different styles, it's easy to make it your own without feeling like a stock wedding. The staff had put so much effort into arranging the items we had provided and every room I went into had a little surprise. We were the FIRST EVER WEDDING at this venue, and truthfully, you would have never have guessed it. The venue is stunning both outside and in. It’s industrial yet bohemian vibe would create and insane modern style wedding. However if like us you have your big day outside with all the naturals aesthetics your onto a winner too. The views are incredible. All of the staff were professional, fun & nothing was ever too much. As a bunch of Northerners we can (even in small numbers) fill a room with personality and that did not phase these guys at all.
