From day 1 Eleanor was incredibly helpful, each meeting made us feel like we were being supported each step of the way and recommendations for suppliers etc were tailored to us. Eleanor and Evie were also the best hype women, making us feel so special and excited for our day and removing any nerves. We cannot recommend Curds Hall Barn highly enough! From the moment I first visited with my maid of honour, we knew it was the one. I even booked before we were engaged to make sure we had the venue we wanted. The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking—set in the heart of the Norfolk countryside, it offers a stunning blend of rustic charm and modern elegance. The barn is a true blank canvas, allowing us to bring our vision to life, with the help of an amazing team of decorating geniuses, the surrounding farmland made for the most magical backdrop to our day. What truly sets CHB apart, though, is the team. Eleanor and Evie were phenomenal—professional, warm, and incredibly supportive from start to finish. They were always available to answer questions, offer advice, and ensure every detail was perfect. On the day, everything ran seamlessly, allowing us to fully relax and soak in every moment. We also stayed at The Old Coach House, which was a beautiful and cozy space to spend time with our loved ones before and after the wedding. It made the whole experience feel even more special. Every single guest commented on how gorgeous the venue was and how smoothly everything went. If you're considering Curds Hall Barn—do it. We feel so lucky to have had our special day at this venue. As soon as we went to see the venue we knew it was the one. We loved the idea that it was a blank canvas, so we could put our own twist on the place. But the place alone was very beautiful. Eleanor and the team was just so wonderful and helpful with anything we needed in the lead up to the day and evan after. I just loved how we could have a stress free day as they had everything covered for us. We also stayed at the coach house, which was a really lovely house. It allowed us to spend time with the family leading up to the wedding, it's something I am greatful for and will never forget and everyone who stayed all said they wanted to live there. We got married in October 2023 and we knew as soon as we walked into Curds Hall Barn on one of their open evenings that we'd found the one (this was confirmed by the uncontrollable happy tears I had once we left!) Eleanor was ever so welcoming and friendly and was our first contact on the open evening, she answered all of our questions and any little queries we had before booking very quickly! We were lucky enough to have Annabelle as our co-ordinator who I couldn't thank enough for being just the best person at keeping me cool, calm and grounded during the planning process, on the day and on the clean up the morning after! (although I believe she has now moved on!) Curds Hall offered everything we wanted and more for our wedding day, a slightly more modern twist on a barn but with all the rustic features we love such as timber beams and stone walls, which made for perfect photos both inside and out! The dark wood (we're monochrome lovers so this was a win for us!) in the woodshed offered the perfect setting for our intimate wedding breakfast whilst the main barn is perfect for partying! The mezzanine level was the perfect place for our audio guestbook and makeshift photobooth which whilst being quieter, isn't separate from the building so you still felt part of the party! Another win for us was that you have pretty much complete freedom to decorate the entire venue as you wish AND, with ours being an October wedding, the barn is heated perfectly, or open the doors and enjoy the outside space they have if it's a warm summer wedding you're planning. We were lucky enough to be one of the first weddings with the new and improved bar and toilets which were spotlessly clean and the bar was run to perfection. Whilst we didn't use the accomodation, we did look at it on the open evening and it was stunning, perfect for the bridal party getting ready on the morning of or for guests to stay in after the wedding! If you're thinking about Curds Hall Barn as a venue for your full wedding day or just the reception, or any life event for that matter - do it! you won't regret it! We honestly cannot speak more highly of Curds Hall Barn and their events team. From the moment we booked Curds for our wedding, they were incredibly responsive to our emails and no request was too difficult. From changing our date, to organising a second bar for our guests, to making sure our slightly untraditional set up ran without a hitch, the entire team at Curds Hall made our wedding so memorable and stress free.
