Culdees was our dream wedding venue, and we couldn't have been happier with it. What a stunning venue, and what a fantastic team behind it. Tracy and Rob pour their hearts into the place, and you can tell. Our wedding there went without a hitch, and they were a big reason for it! The place is beautiful with a great range of options for style and configuration. It really does feel personalised to you on the day. During the lead-up, Tracy & Co. are fab at keeping you updated, making sure you're on track, answering any and all questions and generally just having a good natter. On the day, they made sure everything ran smoothly and made the day such a breeze for us and all the helpers we'd got. The glamping pods on-site are fab, and there's a great range of local accommodation options. We had people traveling from all over Europe and the rest of the UK, and they all found it very easy to get to and arrange transport for. What can we say about Tracey, Rob and Culdees Castle? Quite simply, I doubt there is anyone better in this industry. Nothing is ever a problem or too much. The venue itself its absolutely breathtaking and we had the most wonderful day! It's excellent value for money considering how much these guys will do for you before, during and after the big day. Tracey listened to us and delivered the perfect vibe for our celebration. She was responsible for all of the table decorations, cutlery, dinnerware and even adding fresh fruit and flowers to suit. What I will say however, is do not mess with Tracey! She is the perfect person to deal with your suppliers and she insures everything runs as it should. So we first viewed Culdees Castle as a bit of an in between rustic/barn style wedding but it was way more than that! It is so unique and truly unforgettable! We met with Tracey who shared her passion of the building with us and we fell in love with her story and the story of the castle too. Once we had booked with Tracey we had a personal service set up where we could chat and pass ideas over but really whatever the style you want and how you want your wedding is completely flexible making it such a personalised venue. We were advised by Tracey a few local suppliers like a DJ, cake, furniture hire bar team and caterers which all of them didn’t disappoint. It was nice that they a we’re all familiar with Culdees Castle too but even if your supplier isn’t familiar Tracey offers the opportunity to get to know your suppliers beforehand inviting them to visit and get to know the team. On the day I couldn’t fault Tracey and her team they were absolutely phenomenal, providing an outstanding service where absolutely everybody was looked after nothing was a problem. Our baby fell asleep before the wedding ceremony and she was so well looked after by the team. Unfortunately the weather was torrential rain and storms but it didn’t dampen anyone’s spirits and the pavilion was great and kept us all dry and warm. We had a wedding that was different, it was fun, relaxed and it was exactly what we wanted and more. We fell in love with this place when we first stayed in the glamping pods back in 2024, so when it came to planning our wedding it immediately came to mind. Tracey was fantastic the whole way through, with multiple meetings in the lead up, lists of supplier recommendations, tons of decorations on hand for us to use, and helping organise the schedule in the background between the suppliers so we didn't have anything to worry about on the final day. We had our wedding on the 21st of June 2025 and it was the most magical day ever. From the moment we drove up to the entrance I knew this had to be the venue for our wedding. Every area, :chapel, bar, pavilion, courtyard, outdoor areas and bathrooms were finished to such a high standard and quality. The venue is so versatile and can be adapted to everyone’s vision and dream wedding. All our guest spoke about how amazing, beautiful and unique it was. Having access to the venue to set up the day before and then having all the lodges the night before allowed us to have close family to have a celebration the day before. Additionally having time to have a breakfast the next day finished off the wedding weekend amazingly. This allowed us to have a full weekend celebration. We don’t know how we could have had as such a successful wedding without the help and support from Tracey and Rob. From the very first meeting they both made us feel so welcome and relaxed. Throughout the process they kept us on track on our side, suggested and organised vendors and updated us about further renovations. On the day the whole team were extraordinary, they helped set up the venue, steamed our dresses, organised and helped all our guests and kept everything on track. From the moment we met Tracey on our first visit to Culdees Castle 2 years ago, we knew instantly we had hit the jackpot. Both Tracey and Rob’s vision, hard work and passion for what they do shines from every corner and we felt the whole place had that magic we were after. Right away, Tracey tuned into our dream for our day and offered such valuable advice, ideas and even suggested suppliers that she felt fitted who we were and what we wanted. We found the right place with the right team and booked it straight away. To say that the whole Culdees Castle team went above and beyond for our day does not even cover it. They are all just amazing. From building and painting benches for our outdoor ceremony dream, steaming dresses, floofing pom-poms, helping set up the day before, chauffeuring guests around in the golf buggy, coordinating with suppliers and then keeping everything running so smoothly and on time. I could really right page after page as they were a godsend. To be able to relax and enjoy your day knowing everything is in the safest, most caring and professional hands is priceless. Everyone of our guests was blown away by the venue and the grounds. They felt well looked after and loved the whole day so much so they can’t stop talking about it. We also loved staying in the lodges on site, it made everything so much more calm that we were just there no rushing around trying to get places in the morning. We honestly couldn't fault Tracey and her Team. In our vision, we were looking for a venue where we could put a marquee on the grounds. We viewed Culdees when the pavillion in the garden was nothing more than a patch of grass. Tracey had such a vision and we believed that what she was hoping to achieve was exactly the idea in our heads. Watching Tracey and the team continuously transform Culdees as time went on was such an honour to witness and everything they touch, turns out magical!
