Facilities & Capacity Licensed for civil ceremonies, you can say your vows in one of three suites. The Astor Suite is situated on the penthouse floor with magnificent views into Cornwall. It's a perfect room for those smaller, intimate ceremonies and can accommodate up to 40 guests for both ceremony and reception. The Commonwealth Suite is our most popular room for wedding ceremonies. It is located on the 1st floor and can accommodate up to 90 theatre style and 130 for your reception. Overlooking the Plymouth Hoe greenery, it's a lovely venue to say 'I do'. Our third room is the Mariner Suite, available for ceremonies with up to 450 guests and evening receptions with up to 500—a very grand room located on the ground floor with its own private bar and Garden. Our Penthouse restaurant with sea-facing views is also the ideal place to pop a cork and begin celebrating your marriage with an elegant drinks reception.
