The grounds and venue spaces are breathtaking, and the accommodation on-site is nothing short of amazing—our rooms were incredibly beautiful, luxurious, and comfortable for us and our guests. This weekend my daughter got married on the Chapel House Estate. In short it was just a fairy tale experience. Beautiful location, pretty grounds and lovely buildings. From the moment we arrived and was greeted by Lauren, who was our go to person throughout the day and the lead up to the day; it was perfect. Lauren - thank you. The location is superb. The Glasshouse is perfect for slightly smaller weddings. The BBQ food was outstanding. Whatever you do, order the burgers and pork ribs, melt in your mouth. Wine was of good quality and lovely and chilled. All the staff here are attentive, they treat you like royalty. Keeping you updated on timings, the whole thing ran like clockwork. Chantelle thank you for picking up the baton for the evening from Lauren and keeping me updated on everything. When we were looking for a wedding venue we had no idea what kind of venue we wanted but from the moment we arrived at Chapel House Estate we just knew. Our initial meeting with Jade was helpful, informative & we had a tailored quote within hours of us leaving the venue which was so much quicker than anywhere else we had looked. From our meetings after this with Lauren she helped explain everything that we needed to do & know & nothing was a problem at all. One word - WOW. We had the most incredible wedding day at CHE on 18/07/2026. We viewed this venue 2 years ago and it took our breath away from the offset. We chose Chapel House Estate before we were even engaged! After one visit in 2023, we knew it was the one and never looked at another venue. The venue is absolutely stunning, with beautiful grounds, every pocket of the place was beautiful and felt so peaceful. The communication throughout the planning process was exceptional, and every detail was handled so professionally. A special thank you to Jade, throughout the day she was always there when we needed her, checking in on us, making sure we had eaten, reminding us to take everything in, and quietly ensuring everything ran perfectly behind the scenes. She even came to the rescue to fix a rip in my wedding dress, turning what could have been a stressful moment into just another example of how amazing she is. Jade YOU are one in a million and Chapel House Estate is incredibly lucky to have you! The rest of the team were equally wonderful, everything was set up where it needed to be without me even realising (thank you)! The food was outstanding. Our guests are still talking about the lamb, the wine and the evening pizzas! As someone with coeliac disease, I also felt completely safe and well catered for. A huge shout out to all of the waiters and waitresses too. During the wedding breakfast, at one point we, along with so many of our friends and family, ended up on our feet singing and dancing between courses. Somehow the team effortlessly weaved in and out between everyone, collecting plates and keeping everything running smoothly whilst smiling and embracing the atmosphere! Because everything was so beautifully organised, we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment of our day without any worries. Chapel House is truly a very special and beautiful venue, but what makes it even more special is the lovely, hard working people working there. We couldn't recommend it more highly. We're forever grateful!!

Firstly, thank you to the Chapel House team for helping us to achieve our dream wedding. We looked at a handful of venues around Kent, East Sussex & Surrey and Chapel House stood out to us above the rest. The whole process from beginning to end was as smooth as it could be, removing a huge amount of stress from the wedding planning. We could actually enjoy being engaged and the build up to the wedding. In the build up, Chapel House give you access to a portal where all of the wedding planning happens. Everything from guest list, to menu options, to supplier information, to dietary requirements, to seating plans is all built into the platform. The team give you a list of tasks to complete and a deadline to complete it by. The payment breakdown is clearly listed in the portal too. Communication from the team was excellent throughout. You have a few meetings with your designated wedding co-ordinator. Ours was Loz and she was brilliant. Her genuine excitement, passion and experience really helps put you at ease as there are a million details to think about but she works through them all with you. These meetings were extremely helpful, where you end up going through a minute-by-minute walk through of the day, planning all the small details. Loved that. The team we're extremely flexible when it came to late tweaks to seating plans, food choices etc, although try to avoid making too many changes as the team have a huge amount to do already! The on-site restaurant is a perfect way to come and see the venue in the build up, where providing there isn't a wedding on that day, you can roam the grounds and start to imagine your day. The food tasting session was excellent. It was a lovely night whereby they bring all the couples getting married this season in the Thorne Barn for dinner and drinks, generating a wedding-like feeling in there to give you a taste of what's to come. On the day, the team worked excellently, like clockwork. All mic'd up to each other communicating to make sure everything goes to plan. They work with your suppliers well. Communication to both myself and my wife was brilliant throughout - we always felt in control and at ease knowing it was all going to plan. They helped massively with the set-up on the day. Everywhere was extremely clean and tidy, the house and lodges we're beautiful. The food was a real highlight. I've been to an ungodly number of weddings and I've not seen people talk so highly about the food as they have for our wedding. Delicious! The drinks we're great, good quality alcohol and we found the house wines very tasty. The acoustics in the room was great so when we had the background music on, or the band, it worked very well. The air-con in the room was just right, and when I asked the team to lower it a degree they did so. The space works really well. Something I was really focused on was keeping everyone together to keep the atmosphere high. The Glass Courtyard was a perfect entrance point and cocktail hour point as it created a real buzz. Then, having the outside seating surrounding the Thorne Barn meant everyone was in close proximity and again, kept the buzz and atmosphere of the day high. Really pleased that worked out. Honestly, I don't have anything negative to say about Chapel House. It really was a perfect experience. I would recommend making sure you're on top of the smaller details in the minute-by-minute breakdown, as we found it extremely beneficial to go through that a couple times with Loz to make sure we had everything covered. There were a couple bits that I missed that the team were very flexible on the day with and nobody would have noticed but they were on me not Chapel House, so that's why I recommend really going through that with the team so everyone is on the same page. Chapel house was the first venue we visited and we instantly loved the venue! Worried we were being too hasty we went to see what else was out there; however, It wasn’t long before we were back and reminded ourselves why we loved this venue so much. Chapel house struck the perfect balance for us, beautiful gardens and grounds, with buildings that combine both country living and modern comforts. When we booked, the glass house was just a few paving slabs and an artists impression. But, with the quality of finish we had seen around the site we felt more than confident that the glass house would be beautiful… and it certainly was! We got married at the end of May after booking Chapel House Estate almost two years earlier, and from the moment we first visited, we knew it was the one. We had viewed so many venues beforehand, but nothing compared to Chapel House Estate. The second we arrived, we were completely sold. The grounds are absolutely breathtaking and what makes this venue so special is the variety of spaces it offers. From the beautiful indoor areas to the stunning outdoor spaces, the courtyard, the barn and the terrace, every part of the estate feels unique and thoughtfully designed. It allowed our day to flow perfectly and gave our guests so many beautiful areas to enjoy throughout the celebration. One of our absolute favourite things about Chapel House Estate was that the experience didn’t just start and end with the wedding day itself. Throughout the two years leading up to our wedding, we were able to visit so many times and genuinely fell more in love with the venue on every occasion. We attended pizza nights, BBQ evenings, supplier events, garden afternoon teas and their dine-and-stay experiences. It was such a lovely way to get excited about our wedding, try the incredible food and build relationships with the team. Speaking of the team, every single person at Chapel House Estate is exceptional. Nothing ever felt too much trouble. Honestly we just can't fault it! We got married at the beginning of April at this amazing place and everything was perfect from our first walk around! All the staff are so friendly and made an effort to get to know us on a personal level, which made us feel so at ease. If you don't want to feel like you are on a conveyor belt for business, then this is the perfect venue. The whole day and every detail was able to be tailored to our preference. Nothing was every too much for them. People leading up to our wedding were constantly saying to us 'it's okay if something goes wrong on the day' and we can honestly say nothing did. The venue is absolutely stunning with the range of areas you could get married, we luckily had our day in the Apple Orchard with the sunshine and it was the most beautiful setting.
