Amazing venue - stunning views

Wow, honestly what can I say about Bury…firstly our guests have not stopped messaging us about the venue and the whole day in itself. We were very clear from day one, as a family of 5 having 3 little ones, we wanted a family, relaxed affair and Bury Manor got the memo real quick and fulfilled our every wish! This is the most perfect wedding venue you could choose!! SO many people commented on how great it was, even our caterer is looking to have their wedding there. With 2 large interconnected barns/rooms, an amphitheatre, a huge lawn area, a stretch tent, a church on site and the best views at a venue I've seen, you have to go see it for yourself. Whilst it is a blank canvas type venue, it needs very little decor added because it is so beautiful. Space for many many guests. We had some rain and wind on our day, but easily accommodated

Unfortunately it rained so we couldn't make full use of the amphitheater for the ceremony, but the flexibility of the two barns and terrace for the reception drinks really helped. The venue itself is beautiful and yet very functional too, with all the space you need to have an amazing wedding day. We were particularly drawn to BMB due to St John’s church being practically on-site, as we wanted a church wedding but the options for civil ceremonies are equally stunning. We couldn't be happier choosing Bury Manor Barn for our wedding venue. As soon as we had looked around, and walked outside to see 'that' view we knew it was perfect. The venue is stunning, and the Tudor Barn gives so much charm in its surroundings and we barely had any decorations as it was so beautiful as it was. The backdrop and views outside are the best settings for photos and we were so pleased the weather was on our side so the guests could enjoy it. We celebrated our wedding at Bury Manor Barn on the 1st June 2024, and it was the most incredible day! All of our guests raved about how wonderful the venue was and could not get over the views across the river! The grounds were beautiful, and the two sections of the barn make is so convenient for the party, as you don't have to wait for any of the rooms to be turned around between different parts of the day. I honestly couldn't recommend this venue more, having the opportunity to come in the day before was also fantastic, as it meant we could do all the decoration and set up ourselves, which turned out to be a really fun part of the wedding prep, with our families there to help us. Bury Manor Barn is the most magical venue. Brilliant views of the south downs, on the river, 12th century buildings. The event staff are super helpful and accommodating. It is a school during the week, so there is only one wedding per weekend so they aren't in the habit of 'churning' out weddings. There is literally everything you could want at this venue, come rain or shine. Couldn't recommend it highly enough.
