We had the most incredible wedding day at Broome Park on 27th June 2026, and honestly, we couldn’t have wished for anything more. From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely beautiful and exceeded all of our expectations. The venue was simply stunning and provided the most perfect setting for our special day. Every little detail came together beautifully, and the whole day felt completely magical from beginning to end. A huge and very special thank you has to go to our wonderful wedding planner, Jo. She was absolutely exceptional. From the planning in the lead-up to the wedding, right through to the day itself, Jo was incredible. She was so professional, attentive, organised and genuinely caring, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. Jo made us feel completely reassured throughout the whole process. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and she handled everything so calmly and seamlessly that we were able to simply relax, enjoy ourselves and take in every moment of our wedding day. We truly felt looked after from start to finish, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Broome Park was everything we dreamed of and more. Our Wedding at Broome Park — A Day We’ll Never Forget ❤️ From the moment we arrived at Broome Park, we knew we were somewhere truly special. One of the first highlights was the fabulous Kitchener Suite, which was our honeymoon suite. It was absolutely beautiful — spacious, elegant, comfortable and full of character. It gave us the perfect place to relax, get ready and take in the excitement before our wedding day began. It was such a wonderful start to what would become the most memorable day of our lives. It is difficult to put into words just how wonderful our wedding day at Broome Park was. From the moment we began planning, we hoped for a day that would feel special, personal and unforgettable. Somehow, the reality exceeded every expectation we had. Broome Park provided the most beautiful setting imaginable. The historic surroundings, the grounds and the atmosphere created something truly magical, and it was the perfect place for us to begin this new chapter of our lives together. A particularly heartfelt thank you must go to Jo, who was exceptional throughout the entire process. Planning a wedding involves an enormous number of details, and it can very easily become overwhelming. Jo’s professionalism, patience and attention to detail made such a difference. We always felt that we were in capable hands, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. On the day itself, Jo was quite simply outstanding. Everything was handled with such calmness and efficiency that we were able to put all the practicalities to one side and simply enjoy the occasion. From the smallest details to the most important moments, Jo was there when we needed her, ensuring that everything ran seamlessly. What impressed us most was not simply the organisation, but the genuine care. We never felt like just another wedding. Jo made us feel that our day mattered, and that personal touch meant an enormous amount to us. 12 July 2026 will always hold a very special place in our hearts. It was a day filled with love, laughter, emotion and wonderful memories shared with the people who mean the most to us. Looking around the room and seeing our family and friends there to celebrate with us was something we will never forget. As have stated previously and from own experience on event delivery I can only say Jo is a significant asset to the hotel and the wedding business she delivers. Her expertise , knowledge , professionalism, responsiveness, attention to detail and customer service delivery is second to none and I am sure she is the reason for the business she generates. I would certainly recommend to anyone to explore the opportunity of hosting there wedding at Broome Park. The price was more the reasonable for the service delivered compared to other potential venues visited during the decision making process. The food and wines made available to us were excellent and well received by all the guests, each and everyone of them commented on what a great venue , excellent service and an amazing wedding. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble in delivering a wonderful experience. If I were to make any constructive comments to enhance the customer journey you currently offer they would be:- When have significant number of guests staying and knowing they will be using the bar, to have a permanent presence available for guests to purchase drinks ? I am sure this would be self funding on most occasions ? There were many instances I had to go and locate a member of staff from undertaking other duties in order to get served. The entrance to the marquee/walkway decking could be better maintained/repaired/stained on a yearly basis as this is the entrance that all guests see first ? With the ever increasing global warming, a marquee with these increased temperatures would be a far better customer experience with an option of air con installed. I am sure you had some difficult experiences during recent months ? On grounds of safety and the basics of slips, trips and falls I think it is essential some significant repairs are made to the walkway that leads from the bottom of the stairs to the outdoor wedding space. It was unfortunate that one of our guests turned over there ankle and fell heavily badly grazing elbow and knee. I am more than sure you are aware of all of these issues and many are financially dependent , however I do believe the excellent service Jo and her team deliver could be so much more enhanced through these marginal gains ? O

We recently had our wedding at the Broome Park and it far exceeded our expectations. Abbie was our wedding co-ordinator. We originally met her on a Broome Park open day. Then quickly returned for a second viewing with our parents. From the offset she was a beacon of knowledge. Any questions or strange request we asked, she answered and accommodated them. All the way through the wedding planning process she would get back to us quickly and put our minds at ease. Making the whole experience stress free. We chose the Broome Park, firstly because the building and gardens are beautiful and took our breath away. And secondly, because we had a lot of friends and family coming from afar, it made sense to choose a venue that everyone could stay at. Abbie kindly reserved all the rooms for us until one year before to give all our guests the opportunity to book up at the venue with a wedding rate we agreed upon. I believe we filled all the rooms and most the lodges. All guests were wowed by the size of their rooms and it was a main topic over breakfast the next day other than the actual wedding itself that was worth noting (the wedding suite is something else!). On the day of the wedding Abbie and her team were amazing. Making sure things went to plan and running around in the background ensuring things went as smooth as possible. We were lucky that the weather was on our side on the day and had our ceremony in the Italian gardens which were alive with flowers and well manicured lawns/bushes. We also loved how at the Broome Park, unlike some other properties, your wedding is exclusive and you could move your guests through various areas and utilise the entire venue to go on a journey throughout the day. Ceremony in italian gardens, drinks on the outside terrace, wedding breakfast in Georgian suite and evening reception in the marquee. If you're looking for a stately home wedding in the garden of England, the Broome Park hotel is hard to beat. Everything from the staff, the food and the environment is perfect and you'll be hard pushed to find a better experience in Kent. And if Abbie is your coordinator you're in safe hands. We celebrated our wedding at Broome Park and couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day. From booking a year in advance to the wedding itself, the entire experience was exceptional. We attended a meal tasting event that was beautifully organised, and the food was absolutely stunning—we knew our guests were in for a treat. Communication was always prompt, and every member of staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. On the day, everything ran seamlessly, with the team going above and beyond to make sure both we and our guests had an unforgettable experience. We got married at Broome park on the 17th of May 26 and it was absolutely perfect! Broome Park wasn’t initially on our radar when viewing wedding venues but when we saw that there was an open day with various vendors, we squeezed in a visit while visiting our top venues the same day. When we arrived, we were blown away by the building and its surroundings. When taking a tour of the venue with Jo, I got goosebumps when seeing the Italian gardens for the first time and we knew that this is the place we wanted to get married! Jo was absolutely amazing from the very first visit to the day of the wedding, she talked us through every step and no question was too small or silly! My husband and I got married in the Italian gardens in the grounds of Broome Park and we had our reception within the marquee, back in May 2025. When I say that we had our dream wedding we totally did! The venue itself is stunning and the atmosphere is so relaxing. Broome Park was the first venue we looked at and when we visited there for the first time we just fell in love with the place and we book it without seeing any other venues! Even though the lead up was far from smooth sailing due to one of the event coordinators who was assigned to us in the beginning when we booked the venue. However, when we complained about this particular event coordinator, we then met with Jo Daughter’s, who did our last wedding appointment and she completely turned our frowns upside down! She truly saved the day and did more in one appointment than the other person did in five! When we left after our last appointment before our wedding day, both my husband and I were buzzing and so excited for our special day! Jo, made us feel completely at ease and gave us an entire run down of the day as we didn’t know anything about how the day would run etc… But Jo gave us lots of important information that we needed and took the time out of her day to make us the priority! Jo was very quick at responding through email and the fact that she communicated with us about every little detail of our day including timing and the schedules for the different events taking place, of which we didn’t even know about because of the last ‘events coordinator’ didn’t bother to go through any of it with us, even though we asked for all this information a number of times! But Jo is truly amazing at what she does and she worked so incredibly hard, to pick up after the other event coordinator who had completely failed us! Jo completely turned it around and was even at our wedding from start to finish, to make sure everything ran smoothly through the day and to ensure that myself and my husband had everything we needed! Also as apart of our wedding package we were booked into the ‘honeymoon suite’ for the wedding night and the room was just beautiful and so comfortable after a very long but amazing day! Plus we looked forward to a delicious breakfast the morning after (which was included in the package). Our wedding day was truly magical and we loved every moment of it! Even our guests commented that our wedding day was one of the best weddings they’ve ever attended! But honestly we owe it all to Jo! Not only was Jo brilliant from start to finish on our special day, she also made our return stay for our wedding anniversary celebration completely wonderful in every way possible! For our anniversary we stayed in the Flint Cottage, junior suite and it was very luxurious! We had the best time and also even enjoyed a complimentary bottle of champagne on our first night left with a note from Jo. Lastly, I just wanted to say if you are looking for not only an amazing wedding venue but also an event coordinator that cares, then when you book this stunning venue ask for Jo Daughters! Because you cannot ask for a more experienced and helpful person to ensure your wedding day goes exactly how you dreamed!
