We had the most perfect wedding day at this fantastic venue. From the very start the staff bent over backwards to accommodate our requests. Nothing was too much trouble. We were made to feel special and the wedding felt very personal. The attention to detail was impressive, even giving the bride slippers to wear during the meal so she could take off the heels! We were so impressed with the staff at the hotel, who are all very polite, friendly and professional. It felt like our wedding really mattered to them despite the fact they hosts weddings most weekends. The meal was beautiful and the service impeccable. It was great to be able to give our guests a choice of menu which a lot of other venues don't offer. The function room looked absolutely stunning, the candelabras with lit candles being a lovely feature. Everything ran like clockwork, the staff made it feel very relaxed and effortless although they obviously worked extremely hard. All our guest have been very complimentary about the wedding venue, so many have said it was the best wedding they have been to! For us it was simply perfect. In the lead up to the wedding everything went perfectly well. Staff always in hand to talk with you and support you. Well what can I say..... We both wanted a venue where all our friends & family could share our special day under one roof, with the choice of booking a room for themselves. Brandshatch Place Hotel was the first venue i visited July '16 (actually the only one!!) because it felt perfect for me. Especially after speaking with Lizzie (wedding coordinator) i was then making enquires what dates available for 2017! Then 17th Feb '17 was free, so i was more than happy as its our 3rd anniversary together....it also meant just over 6 months to organise!!!! I can honestly say from the start Lizzie was always on hand for me by phone/email. I stayed overnight before with my mum/bridesmaids for my big day which was the perfect chilled out evening. After breakfast it all began.... We had a sneak preview of Lisa's work (Flowers&Sparkle) which was amazing. Then it was time to get ready.....anything we wanted the staff were there on hand to assist us. Barry (Toastmaster) together with the Function manager insured smooth running from start to finish. Everyone kept saying how calm i was. I honestly feel knowing you have everything in place and a team around you like i had at Brandshatch there isnt anything to be nervous about. 100% job
