Bosworth Hall Hotel & Spa

Bosworth hall was the first venue we viewed and we were blown away, we made a decision there and then this is where we wanted to get married. The wedding coordinator at the time went through packages and they tailored it to our budget. We decided on a later ceremony and to skip the traditional 'wedding breakfast'. We got married in July 2025 We got married in the stunning harcourt suite, it has beautiful tall ceilings, it doesnt really need any decorations in my opinion, as its so lovely as it is! Our drinks reception after our cermony was amazing with delicious canapes and lovely drinks. Evening was spent in the marquee and on the surrounding grounds. The marquee is very roomy with more than enough room for guests, tables and a dj/dancefloor. We opted for the buffet menu which has many options and we also hired a pizza cart which was able to park right outside the marquee. The day was really hot(30-33) so the wedding coordinator made sure we had fans in the marquee and even put out garden games for our guests which was a lovely touch and we all enjoyed spending the time on the lawn. Start to finish I am so happy with how our day went. It was truely magical and a day me and my guests will remember forever. The wedding staff and all that was apart of it was truly amazing but on arrival the lady at the desk give us the wrong room when we got that all sorted out the key did not work 3 times the house keeping had to let us in.. we requested a bed and it was not there had to ask 2 times for it and when it arrived it was just left for us to sort it out, they kept locking the Bosworth Lounge room that we was trying to set up, the lovely lady apart of the wedding staff came and sorter it all out for us and made sure we had everything we needed. Having had to reschedule our wedding twice due to covid, the personnel helping us changed considerably. However everything was planned to perfection, from the very early days to on-the-day. Ruth was great in helping us tweak the menu, setting up and making changes, and was always on hand to answer any questions I might have had - and I had lots! The day itself was beyond perfect. The venue was stunning, the food was lovely and the staff were absolutely amazing!

We honestly don’t know how to put into words how grateful we are for all you and your teams hard work to make our wedding day so special! From all the planning and meetings we had with you, fulfilling all our requests and answering queries, the regular contact we had with how planning was going and final detail appointments- to arriving at Bosworth on Friday evening to see such a beautifully set up room and Ash and team on hand if there was anything we needed! Nothing was too much trouble for any of you and we really felt like royalty- everybody was so friendly and helpful! Our parents have also commented on Ash and how attentive he was to everyone in the wedding party, such a kind, helpful man who really deserves a lot of credit! The waiters and waitresses were all very polite and efficient through dinner service! We really appreciated all the personal touches; complimentary breakfast and juice in our room, putting fans in to cool the room down and helping take the gifts to our room! We had an absolutely amazing day thank you! The staff were absolutely fantastic, we could not fault them, very attentive and had a sense of humour so really helped us to enjoy our day! The food was great, everybody said then enjoyed dinner and what good quality the food was. As I hadn’t eaten anything from dinner, some lovely waiters took the buffet up to our room, which we were very grateful for as we had no time to eat anything in the evening!
