Situated in the serene, leafy hamlet of Holme Pierrepont in the heart of South Nottinghamshire and set in mature open parkland, Blotts Country Club has over 30 years’ experience in hosting wedding receptions. Family owned since 1981, we have an unrivalled reputation for making your day extra special – whether it’s a small, intimate wedding or a large celebration for hundreds, weddings are our speciality. Under new ownership since 2020 the team is working hard to rennovate the country manor and better the service we offer to our couples. With complete exclusivity, you'll enjoy a completely private wedding day hosted in one of our two luxurious and elegant suites. With a warm, friendly ambience, you can relax and enjoy your special day. The Crystal Room is the larger of our two suites, decorated with regal drapes and a 20 foot oval crystal chandelier and caters from 80 to 300 seated guests. The room is fully air conditioned and features a large stage and non-alcoholic bar area. The beautiful French windows also open out onto stunning manicured lawns that create the perfect backdrop for those all-important wedding photos. The Lincoln Suite is our smaller reception room, seating from 50 to 100 guests and is perfect for the more intimate weddings or for civil ceremonies for up to 120. Like the Crystal Room, the Lincoln Suite has it's own non-alcoholic bar and is fully airconditioned. You can also use The Lincoln Suite as a pre-reception area for your guests, with picturesque views over the gardens.
