Hi Hayley, Honestly, I don’t even know where to begin. Yesterday really was the best day of our life and we really could not have done it without you and the incredible team at the Aviator. It was absolutely faultless. We still can’t get over everything and how smooth everything ran for us yesterday. From the moment we first walked in the door for our show around in 2017 to when we eventually left the hotel this afternoon, we have been impressed every single second. Please please pass this email onto every single member of staff and your GM as everyone we spoke with over the weekend could not have been more helpful and went out of there way every single time to help us have the dream day that we really did have. The team at the Aviator really are the definition of hospitality. The food was simply AMAZING. We chose the Aviator because of its stunning design and the ability for us to have the ceremony and reception all under one roof. The format of our wedding day was slightly different to the normal way of doing things but Chelsea and Peter were fantastic in putting our ideas into practice, and even added some special touches that really added to the occasion. Peter made us both feel incredibly special on the day and looked after our every need, including a replay of the Grand National!! The food looked and tasted fantastic, both for the reception and for breakfast the next morning - all our guests were raving about it. We had a suite for the weekend which was absolutely gorgeous - just wish we had stayed there another night or two. We looked at other venues but the atmosphere and chic class of the Aviator made us enquire further. From the minute we started the process we knew we had made the right choice. Organising our wedding felt like we had a concierge with us every step of the way. My wife and I have fabulous memories of the day and our guests still say it was the best wedding food they ever tasted! Bex and I chose the aviator for many reasons, firstly because of how it looks and the atmosphere it creates but also because of the location - what a view! We were immediately impressed by the way in which we were treated and catered for. The whole process was painless and completely effortless. The team (especially Chelsea) looked after us every step of the way, every email and call was actioned and or replied to immediately. On the day we were not disappointed, from the moment we arrived we were all treated like royalty, the staff couldn’t be more helpful and treated every request as their first. The food, from the canapés to the evening buffet was exquisite (and tailored to our needs)...compliments to the chef, it was all beyond our expectations. I was invited to write this review, and in all honestly every word written is the God’s honest truth, we couldn’t of asked for more.
