Allington Manor is a gorgeous listed building with beautiful gardens. The photos don’t really do it justice. We hired the manor for the weekend & some guests were able to stay over which was great & made it a relaxing & intimate weekend, just for us & our family & friends. The bedrooms are lovely, comfortable & clean. Breakfast was full English, freshly cooked & delicious. Staff are friendly & can’t do enough for you. We had a marquee for the wedding, it was just right & so well set out. On the wedding day they were extremely professional & had thought of everything. It was very well organised & any hiccup

We recently had our wedding here, from the moment we first went to view, we knew this was the place for us. Leo has been wonderful, we have always been made to feel welcome when visiting and planning our day and nothing was too much trouble. On the day, Lesley was absolutely amazing. She knew what we needed before we even know we needed anything and found it was just there for us. Harry, Alex and the rest of the Allington Manor team were more than

Simply perfect. We had our wedding at Allington Manor in August 2024 and had an absolutely amazing time in the best surroundings. Both the manor and gardens were the perfect place for a relaxed, special wedding - which is exactly what we were after! Nothing was too much bother for Leo and his team, who are a well-oiled wedding machine by this point! Everything went so smoothly on the day. Allington is a charming quiet Lincolnshire village, and a convenient location being only 5-10 minutes away from Grantham and the A1. Also, there’s a pub down the road! Based on our experience, we can absolutely recommend a wedding at Allington Manor if: • You’re after a small to medium sized wedding (we had 75 guests). • You’re looking for a venue with bags of character, history, and an amazing garden! We brought a few decorative items up with us for the wedding, however the house and the gardens already look so pretty on their own anyway, you won’t need a lot of extra decorations! • You like FOOD. The chef Damein and his team served up so much amazing food for us – a barbecue on the Friday, a 3 course wedding breakfast, evening pizza buffet, and delicious cooked breakfasts. The variety of options to choose from was incredible, they can cater for anything! They also took great care over any dietary needs. • You’re organising a wedding by distance. We both live 250 miles away from Allington, however a wedding was no problem at all to organise. We used the ‘ultimate wedding package’, which gave us exclusive access to the manor (including its six bedrooms) from Friday afternoon through to Sunday morning. Essentially, it’s like a weekend break, and you get married in the middle of it! As part of the package, Leo introduced some recommended suppliers. Our resounding recommendation (especially if organising by distance) – GO WITH THE RECOMMENDED SUPPLIERS. They all know Allington Manor like the back of their hand, so if you want hassle-free at a very reasonable price, it makes the organisation super easy! We could talk endlessly about how much of a great time we had. Thank you so much Leo, Lesley, Damein and all t

We got married in May 2024. From the very beginning of our enquiries, Leo and his contacts were just amazing! Any questions we had were answered quickly and thoroughly and we felt like Leo went above and beyond to make our day special. We visited a few times in the lead up to our wedding and were so impressed with how much effort is consistently put in by everyone to keep the Manor updated and looking beautiful. On the day itself, Leo, his wife Amy (who did my makeup beautifully) as well as their team gave their all to make our day exactly how we wished. We were blown away by their attention to detail and genuine kindness. So many of our guests commented on how fantastic Leo made the day and we couldn’t

Thanks for everything. We can’t stop talking about the amazing time we all had. Leo, Amy and all the staff did us proud; special thanks to Leslie, her attention to detail was amazing, everything went so seamlessly well, and even the weather was fine. The singing waiters were also amazing, one of the best decisions we made as it broke the ice, and everyone mingled with each other. Everyone felt that the day was perfect and the venue was amazing! (Our American relatives were particularly in ore) . Thanks to Damien (the recommended Chef) as he prepared a wonderful meal and buffet ;beautifully presented, and thanks to Perri and David (recommended Disco). We’re so glad we found this hidden gem and chose it as our Wedding venue. Leo gave us a personal service from start to finish (made us feel like Royalty) and we had the whole Manor house to ourselves for the weekend. For Anyone wanting to book a more intimate wedding or a family event, the Manor is perfect place. W

We got married at Allington last summer; we cannot praise the place or its owners highly enough. We visited as often as we felt necessary; nothing was too much trouble and Leo made copious notes to ensure our day went to plan-his coffee is great too! The venue can be booked for various amounts of time, you can provide catering etc or he can suggest all the service you'd need, we had the marquee-it really adds to the building and makes for a stunning event. In addition the gardens are outstanding-he has worked so hard on the house and grounds. We booked rooms for all of our close guests and the rooms are incredible-the breakfast was fantastic too. You can probably tell the day went brilliantly thanks to Leo's orgainsation and stunning venue-we had the most amazing day and would recommend t

Leo is the most fabulous of hosts and event managers. The venue he has created is superb and he makes a huge effort to ensure the event runs smoothly. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated and it’s clear quite a significant investment has been made, all at Leo’s expense. I would encourage anyone to h

We got married at Allington Manor in September 2022. It's taken a while to write a review, but Leo made our day truly memorable. Through every stage of planning, Leo was easy to contact, friendly, helpful and reassuring. The day before, he recommended a great pizza place nearby and made sure we were as relaxed as possible. On the day, he made sure everything went exactly as planned and we didn't have to worry about a thing, helped by his colleague Lesley, an incredibly switched on wedding organiser. We never felt rushed, pressured or worried, and he was even calming when the weather was terrible on our journey to the venue the day before. There really was a microclimate at Allington - the weather was lovely! This is a stunning venue which adapts to a variety of party sizes, has beautiful historic rooms to stay in, coordinates a brilliant selection of trusted suppliers (we used the marquee supplier and the caterer, both excellent), makes for great photos, and is run by someone who treats you as an
