From our initial enquiry to our amazing special day, nothing was too much trouble for the team at Alcumlow and they always went above and beyond to make our day a special one. We first walked through the make believe Fairytale Gates and we were just wowed by the how absolutely beautiful this hidden gem of a venue really is and in the words of many of our guests, it’s a venue that just keeps on giving. Beverley and Charlie were always on hand, even through the height of the Covid to answer any questions and put us at ease. Even with the uncertainty of what the restrictions would be, the team were amazing, flexible, friendly and professional at all times. The day was just perfect, the team really captured everything that we were looking for, a unique set of decorations and a bespoke menu made just for us. Carol and the team dressed our venue beautifully with all our weird and wonderfully quirky pieces, we can’t thank you enough. It’s a beautiful, unique and very special venue run by a fantastic team - we had an absolutely faultless experience with the venue right through from booking in 2016 to the big day itself in 2018. Whilst searching for our wedding venue, this was literally the first place I took more than a passing interest in. Having lived in the surrounding area for 25 years I was only aware of its existence in its former guise as the ‘Turkey farm’, was keen to see how things had moved on. When it came time to selecting our venue we knew that we wanted a rustic feel and not the corporate hotel factor. We thank our lucky stars that we found you! Alcumlow is the perfect wedding venue and from the very first viewing, Todd, Bev, Charlie, Carol and everyone else in the team could not have done more to make sure we had the perfect day. The new addition of the Bridal Prep Room also added to the satisfaction of the day and was perfect for the ladies to get ready in beautiful spacious surroundings. Myself and my fiancé viewed several venues for our upcoming wedding, the day we walked into Alcumlow Hall Farm we were greeted by Bev who very kindly gave her time and information....she then walked us around the the grounds which are amazing for the perfect photos , she then opened the barn doors ....this was the moment we both knew this was the perfect place , magical was the only word we could use as the whole place had taken our breath away , we decided there and then this was for us , not only do they have such a special place to celebrate the best day of your lives they actually enhance it with their fantastic team and Charlie the events manager was always quick to respond to any questions with nothing being to much trouble , they think of everything. then they do everything we certainly can’t thank them enough for making our special day the most perfect day of our lives .
