I ordered a veil for my hen do and when I went to put it into my hair I noticed the comb was not properly attached to the veil, and therefore couldn't wear it. I emailed Velo Bianco with pictures of this and I received a very quick response, with no apology or acknowledgement of their defective product, informing me that it was outside of the return period and there was nothing they could do. Where do I begin! First of all, the designs are just stunning. Each dress more beautiful than the next, I had a hard time choosing! In the end I chose my dream wedding dress, and boy did she deliver!! I felt amazing, beautiful and confident. It was comfortable, elegant, light but super high quality. The price was unbelievable for the quality I was blown away by the expertise. I had an issue with the colour of some lace at the bottom of the dress in the floral detail as all the dresses are handmade and individual, and Alex provided excellent customer service and heard my concerns, rectified the dress to my liking and sent it back to me.
