Carrigaline, Cork Description My name is Tonia Briones but my official name is Marie-Antoinette Briones. My name is Tonia Briones but my official name is Marie-Antoinette Briones. At 19 I was offered training as a kinesiologist in Brussels. During this period I was attending university to take a double degree in Japanese and English, but decided to let go of my career as an interpreter and to pursue instead my interest in the complementary health field. At 21 I opened my first clinic in Lyon (France) while I undertook further training in a variety of different disciplines all over the world including Belgium, USA, Germany, France, Spain, Japan, England and Ireland. My travels and training occurred from a thirst for a broader understanding and to try and seek answers to my own lack of satisfaction within anyone particular training, I needed to see the bigger picture and gain a greater knowledge and depth from each training. All this has lead me to see the body in such holistic way and to try to meet the needs of each client with a greater awareness.
