We always say as long as you have a venue you can book a coordinator. Early booking is always recommended. We typically begin working with couples up to 60 days before the wedding. Do you need a coordinator if your venue has a coordinator? Venue coordinators focus on the venue and catering. A wedding day coordinator manages the entire wedding including suppliers, timeline, logistics and guest experience. What types of weddings do you coordinate? How many coordinators attend the wedding? Every wedding we coordinate is managed by a minimum of two professional coordinators. Size of event you are able to organise We have coordinated weddings as small as 6 and as large as 420 guests at various venues across the UK and abroad. Services we offer We specialise in two areas: 1. Wedding day coordination & management commencing 1-3 months before you say I do, so you can relax into your roles as the bride & Groom and embrace every moment of your day uninterrupted. 2. We specialise in helping decisive couples plan stylish weddings with lightning speed and zero hassle. Our dedicated team understands the importance of a seamless experience, allowing you to focus on what truly matters. From selecting the perfect venue to coordinating vendors and curating stunning decor, we handle all the details with expertise and flair. We only take on 6 clients a year for this service and with a long waiting list you'll want to secure us fast.
