Absolutely amazing service from Michael, he was so lovely and really made the day feel special! All of the drinks and cocktails were delicious, and he was very accommodating with special requests. From the start he was so attentive and everything was clear from the get go. Michael and his team really were the MVPs of our wedding, they really set the mood and vibe of our wedding. My wife and I really love cocktails and didn't want to be stuck with the usual beer and wine our venues bar had, but ordering a vendor on spec alone is really intimidating. We had searched high and low but found most vendors are either really pretentious and gave us astronomical quotes as though we were hosting the Met Gala or had instagram photos of bored teenagers in t-shirts using pre-mix to make cocktails for 18th birthday parties. We called Michael and he really reassured us, he understood exactly what we wanted and it was so good to be able to talk directly with the bartender who would be there rather then roll the dice on who they would send. We went through a menu together, he listened to what we wanted and also offered suggestions and advice on what would work well. Michael hit that really good sweet spot between presentation, speed and cost that's just perfect for an event with 50 people like ours. They were really well presented like a fancy cocktail bar, but down to earth like a local artisan and really professional whilst still being really friendly and approachable, by the end of the night he felt like one of our guests. In a word...Fantastic!... Michael and the team at The Reserve Cocktail Bar were great! The service provided from our initial enquiry, to booking, to the main event was exceptional. We had a date planned in that unfortunately we had to reschedule and the team were able to accommodate with understanding and ease. I highly recommend this service. The cocktails were tailored to our needs and the feedback from our guests was great, everyone enjoyed them. Thanks Michael and the team, we would definitely use your services again. I found you to be very honest, trustworthy, hardworking and enthusiastic, choosing this service was an easy choice because of this.
