I had heard great things about TDR and it was therefore the first wedding dress shopping i went to. On the groups arrival we were taken thro8gh to the stunning room and ordered a drink which was lovely. I then was asked to clarify on a tablet dresses that ive already favourited and to pick the first ones I wanted to try. When it came to trying on dresses, I was not heard, the sales girl would nod and say she understood but then try and put me in a dress I said I wasn't comfortable with or didnt like again. It didnt feel like she make any real effort to know me and make it personal. And when there was one dress I wasn't excited about but thought maybe about she tried to push it overly hard to make the sale. She didnt not take the budget into account. All in all I came out feeling very overwhelmed and like I wasn't heard. I was wondering if maybe I'd just be the type of bride who didnt enjoy dress shopping and didnt feel great in any dress. Thankfully that was wrong!
