Swan Brides has an amazing intimate space and provides an amazing experience from start to finish. Considering my mother and two bridesmaids were having to travel from Scotland, I was relieved to contact Vicky and she kindly gave me an appointment on a Sunday which suited all of my bridal party. I know she tries to do one a month and lucky for me, she was just as helpful in person. She welcomed us and was really friendly and knowledgeable about various dresses and styles. I had given vague indications to what I thought I wanted but considering the dress in my head was based on watching Say Yes to the Dress from the 2000's, it's not a surprise my ideas had been out of date for years and no longer in fashion. However, Vicky was amazing and pulled about 4 or 5 dresses for me. All fitted so well and had lots of differences but all were gorgeous. She was honest with me in a very kind way, not like other experiences I had elsewhere. She was great at making sure I enjoyed the experience and ensured I got the dress beyond my expectations. From saying yes to the dress, to collecting it, she was so helpful and the seamstress that she works with (shout out to the marvelous Mandy) was equally supportive and friendly. Although different businesses, I'd like to point out they work so well together and both ladies were so good from start to finish. Would highly recommend Swan Brides Boutique for anyone looking for an outstanding experience with staff you can trust to provide a quality service from start to finish. Unlike other bridal stores I visited, the ladies do not pressure you into buying something you don't love and helped me build up my confidence to get the best dress for me. I had so many compliments on the day and I couldn't have asked for a more amazing dress and I was so comfy throughout the day. Especially impressive considering we got a bright sunny day in May. Would rate higher if able to as everything was great and well above what I could have ever asked for! 11 out of 10!
