From initial contact to the delivery of our beautiful wedding photos, Sophie has been a complete pleasure to work with. Her professionalism, communication and calming presence on the day were faultless. We worked collaboratively with Sophie so she understood our requirements and she would often check in on us in the weeks leading up to the big day to ensure we were happy and had everything we needed. Sophie made us feel comfortable from the first time we spoke and was so reassuring at every step. Neither of us like having our photos taken but she understood exactly what we wanted and knew how to get the best shots while still keeping things relaxed and natural. She was so kind and patient when things were busy and we were trying to gather people together, and she made a special effort with the kids to make sure they felt happy around the camera. We changed our minds on what package we wanted quite close to the date and she was so accommodating with that, giving us recommendations for how we could best use the time to get everything we wanted. We also really liked that we could create a mood board and checklist for photos that Sophie used on the day, as it gave us control over what we wanted and felt really personal to us. She gave us opportunities to be by ourselves and we had so many lovely comments about her from our guests too, as she made it feel so natural for everyone and they all loved the photos when we shared them. We would definitely recommend Sophie and can't say thank you enough for being part of our day.
