Wow—what an incredibly talented chef! From the very first food tasting, which was relaxed, enjoyable, and made the whole menu selection process so easy, we knew we were in great hands. On our wedding day, the meal exceeded every expectation and was one of the highlights of the day. We received so many compliments from our guests, many saying it was the best wedding food they had ever had. The menu was even better than we could have imagined. Every dish was beautifully prepared and paired perfectly with the wines we had chosen. We loved the balance of hearty, perfectly cooked meats alongside fresh, vibrant salads—it was the ideal combination. Safe to say there wasn't a single bite of food left on any of the 75 plates!
