The SA Events team were incredible during the full process. We worked with Sharane for almost 18 months to plan & the full team were there for on the day coordinating. She helped us save money with her suppliers who were truly brilliant as well as managing the suppliers we booked ourselves. The regular calls help keep us accountable on things we needed to do but were always fun too! On the day, the whole team worked hand in hand with the venue team to make sure it was seamless. They addressed any challenges without bothering us, made sure we were so well looked after. They even had two ‘bridal assistants’ - who spent the full day making sure I had exactly what I needed. I was worried it would be uncomfortable but they were brilliant at somehow not hovering while also being there exactly when I needed them (for a fan, my lipstick, to take something to my room) and meant my MoH got to enjoy the day too! Firstly, if you are thinking of hiring SA Events for your wedding, then I highly recommend you do! We hired SA events for the on-day co-ordinator package for our wedding after meeting Sharane and the team at the London wedding fair. My job has a lot of overlap with events planning, and I could tell from day one that Sharane knew her stuff. She regularly worked with us in advance of the wedding day, helping to make sure we were on track. This helped put us at ease and know we were in good hands. On the day the team did an amazing job of making sure things ran smoothly and took care of issues behind the scene. I didn't have to worry about anything. The team really went above and beyond from helping me change my shoes and putting together a last minute bouquet for the bouquet toss. Sharane even stayed later then she was supposed to in order to sort a dispute with the caterers about the cake. She could have easily walked away as she was supposed to be off the clock by then. Honestly I can't put in to words how much I would recommend Sharane and the team. I know it's another cost on top of an already expensive day, but I would recommend every penny. In fact I think she should charge more! If I ever plan anything as big as this in my life again, Sharane will be the first person I call. The whole team are stars!
