I am so glad that I picked up the phone when Reshma first contacted me. Right away, I felt like it was going to be a good relationship and I was in supportive, safe hands. She was genuine and honest from the get go; describing how she builds on a natural style and that if I want something more glam, that there are many other fabulous make up artists that can go to instead. Throughout the year before my my trial, we kept in contact as if we were friends catching up and Reshma listened and took a genuine interest into my life. She was extremely flexible about arranging a trial day and time that was suitable to me and my family; offering several different options. During the trial, we had lots of fun and laughter with my sister who also accompanied me, and Reshma listened to how I wanted my hair and makeup to look and adapted it accordingly and easily without any defence. She also took lots of photos and sent them to me afterwards. On the big day itself, Reshma did such a beautiful job of my hair and makeup, as well as the hair for my flower girls, 5 bridesmaids and mum. She worked quickly and efficiently (and also had to move rooms halfway due to the venue's rules!) but still ensured that she was personable, friendly and had lovely conversations with each of us!
