From our very first conversations with Charlotte, she completely understood our vision, listened to all our ideas and somehow turned them into exactly what we had imagined. On the wedding day, Charlotte and the Princesses delivered everything beautifully. The whole venue came together and looked absolutely picture perfect. Every detail was considered, and the end result was even better than we had hoped for. One of the biggest benefits of using Princess Occasions was how much stress they took away from us. The setting up, decorating, signage, menus, place settings and even the confetti were all taken care of. We could simply arrive, see the finished venue and enjoy our day knowing that everything had been handled. And then there was something particularly special that Charlotte did for us. I wanted to surprise my husband with a recreation of a sign from the place where we got engaged. I sent Charlotte one email and a picture, explained what I had in mind, and she simply took care of the rest. The finished sign was absolutely perfect and was such a thoughtful and personal addition to our day. That level of care really sums up our experience with Princess Occasions. Nothing felt like too much trouble, Charlotte completely understood what mattered to us, and the whole team were fantastic from start to finish. We had so many compliments from our guests about how beautiful the venue looked, and we genuinely couldn’t have achieved that look without them.
