We cannot reccomend Thea at Pink Wellies enough! We had a 57-person wedding at the Gilmerton House, and since we live in the US, planning an international wedding felt like a huge undertaking. We chose the 'final steps' wedding package and could not be happier. Thea was super helpful, organized and reponsive. She went above and beyond to help us navigate all the details, answer our many questions and keep everything moving forward. Whenever we had a question, concern or moment of doubt she always put us at ease and had everything under control. Her support and expertise made such a difference. She understood our vision, helped us make decisions with confidence and took care of so many details we never would have been able to manage from the US. We honestly cannot recommend Thea highly enough! She was absolutely outstanding and, without a doubt, one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Nothing was ever too much hassle for her. She took everything into her own hands and ran with it, making the whole run-up to the wedding feel so much smoother and taking so much pressure off us. On the day itself, everything ran seamlessly, and even when last-minute changes came up, Thea handled them calmly and effortlessly. Thea is an absolute delight. Her sunny disposition and confidence truly helps relieve the stress of planning one of the most important days in your life. She was super responsive the whole way, and really shines when it comes to taking over vendor communications. It was clear she understood what we wanted for our day and she nailed all the details. We had a 50 person wedding with a few moving parts from venue to venue and it all went incredibly smoothly. She also did a fantastic job moving flower arrangements around during the night from room to room and has a wonderful design eye. Thea is absolutely worth the investment - I couldn't imagine a wedding day without her!
