We offer full wedding planning and on-the-day management for couples who want a seamless, elevated experience from the very first idea to the final dance. No two celebrations follow the same formula. Each one is designed as a true reflection of the couple at its centre — shaped around your venue, your season and the people you're gathering. Our approach We believe exceptional weddings are built on three things: Clarity — clear plans, realistic timelines and decisive leadership, so you always know what's happening and when. Restraint — design that enhances your venue rather than overwhelms it. Discretion — a calm, professional presence, and complete respect for your privacy. We take on a limited number of weddings each year, so every couple receives our full attention — from concept and supplier curation through to production and on-the-day delivery. Investment — transparent and commission-free We charge 12–15% of your total wedding budget, agreed after an initial consultation once we understand the scale and shape of your celebration. Every wedding is bespoke, so your fee reflects your specific plans rather than a fixed package. Pearl Events Atelier is fully commission-free. Any preferential rates negotiated with our supplier network are passed straight to you — so your investment goes into your wedding, not into ours.
