Lizzi was the perfect coordinator for us - kind, professional, and calm! Exactly what you need during the most important day of your life. During planning, we had a power hour which was a huge help and Lizzi kindly shared some recommended suppliers. Then 6 weeks before our wedding, Lizzi took over supplier engagement, adding structure to our chaos with suppliers coming out of our ears. She gave us peace of mind that the planning was going well and ensured all the suppliers showed up on the day. We were then presented with a clear schedule which helped everyone get on the same page. She also helped problem solve and helped us negotiate a new bar. As for the day itself, couldn’t have gone more smoothly (or at least that’s how we felt as a couple!). We can’t thank Liz

Where on earth do we begin with Lizzi? Thank you simply doesn’t feel like enough. From the moment we started working together, Lizzi brought a sense of calm, confidence and positivity that made the entire wedding planning process feel lighter. From our very first calls, right through to the final moments of our wedding, we always knew that whatever happened, Lizzi would find a way through it. What we didn’t expect was for “whatever happened” to include Lizzi herself being involved in a car accident the morning before our wedding. After spending hours in hospital, she somehow still arrived at our house that evening, arm in a sling, immaculate suit on, and simply set about the business of making sure everything was ready for us. We were completely blown away. Her dedication, resilience and care throughout the entire process were extraordinary, but that moment perfectly sums up the person Lizzi is. She showed up for us at a moment when absolutely nobody would have questioned her putting herself first, and it is something we will never forget. On the wedding day itself, Lizzi was exceptional. She was calm when things felt stressful, organised when things felt chaotic and somehow always appeared exactly when we needed her. She was endlessly kind and reassuring, and it genuinely felt as though we had a friend by our side rather than somebody we had hired to coordinate our wedding. There are so many practical things we could list that Lizzi did brilliantly, but what has stayed with us most is how she made us feel. The greatest compliment we can give her is that we were able to relax and enjoy our wedding knowing that she was there. On one of the biggest and most emotional days of our lives, we felt completely looked after. That is an incredible gift to give somebody. Lizzi was there for us from the very beginning to the very last moment in a way that is difficult to properly describe, but that we will never forget for as long as we live. Choosing Lizzi was one of the best decisions we made throughout our wedding planning process. Planning a destination wedding in the UK from the United States felt effortless because of Lizzi. She helped us establish a realistic budget, advocated for our vision, and made every decision feel easy. Her attention to detail was incredible. She remembered things I had long forgotten and made sure every one of those special touches was part of our wedding day. Lizzi coordinated seamlessly with all of our vendors and was always available despite the time difference, so we never felt like we were planning from another country. Our wedding at Thornbury Castle exceeded every expectation. It was everything we dreamed of and more, and we owe so much of that to Lizzi.
