At Finnella Weddings, We believe every couple deserves to be fully present on their wedding day. After months, and often years, of planning every little detail, your wedding day should be about celebrating with the people you love, not answering questions, checking the time, or wondering what needs to happen next. An On-the-Day Wedding Coordinator is there to quietly bring all of your planning together. My role is to support both the bride and groom, coordinate with your suppliers, guide your families and wedding party, and make sure your day unfolds just as you imagined. It's often only in the final weeks before the wedding that couples realise just how many little details there are to think about. That's completely normal and it's exactly why we are here. Some of the many things I help with include: * Keeping your wedding timeline running smoothly. *Making sure everyone knows where they need to be and when. *Looking after the bride's handbag, phone, touch-up makeup, perfume and other personal belongings. * Checking in with the groom and groomsmen, making sure cufflinks, buttonholes, vows and any important personal items are ready before the ceremony. *Ensuring ceremony readings, speeches, vow books, rings and any special keepsakes are exactly where they need to be. *Coordinating with your venue, celebrant, photographer, band and all of your suppliers. *Supporting your parents, bridesmaids and groomsmen so they can simply enjoy the day instead of worrying about logistics. * Quietly solving the unexpected before it becomes a problem.
