Femme Petale / Gemma was incredible from start to finish. She was so professional, calm, collaborative, and genuinely cared about bringing our vision to life in a way that still felt personal to us. Communication throughout the process was seamless and we felt completely looked after. Clear emails, simple payment and invoicing. It make it so easy to look after and such a simple process. The florals exceeded every expectation. The arrangements felt artistic, romantic, and full of movement and texture, while still feeling elegant and intentional. She is and artist so we left a lot of the decisions to her, told her a few things we liked “wilder the better” and lots of colour. She also incorporated deeply meaningful details for us, including red poppies and thistles to honour loved ones who had passed, which made everything feel even more special. I know how much of a challenge it was to source such fragile florals, but she jumped at the challenge. We are forever grateful. In terms of value, we truly felt the quality, creativity, and execution justified the cost. I can’t remember how I came across Femme Petale but I just instantly clicked with the vibe and style and knew this was the florist for me and didn’t even entertain anyone else. Gemma was great in the planning process, made it all super easy and knew how to get what we knew we wanted out of us even when we didn’t.
