Choosing Charlotte and Gemma was undoubtedly the best decision we made for our wedding. They didn’t just capture every moment we could have wished for and put it together beautifully; they went above and beyond as the most genuine and kind people. From the moment I met them, they put me completely at ease. On the big day, they were always there, helping to fix my hair, offering support when I needed help with decisions and being my hype girls. It truly felt like having two additional bridesmaids by my side. I honestly couldn’t imagine getting through the day without their support. We were 50/50 about having a videographer at the wedding but after having Curated Moments, we are so glad we did! Charlotte was absolutely amazing on the day and captured some absolutely amazing videos and Gemma's editing and final videos were fantastic. Charlotte was always in the right place at the right time for the perfect angle without ever getting in the way - which is a very impressive skill. We rarely noticed her, yet when we did, it was a re-assuring smile to a Bride & Groom who usually don't like being in front of the camera! No matter how much we tried to soak it all in, it's impossible, and looking back at the videos afterwards made us realise how amazing the day was - we cry (happy tears!) every time we watch the videos. Back in July, my wife won a competition on Instagram, and the prize was for Curated Moments to shoot and edit some video content for our wedding in November. We had a few meetings with Charlotte and Gemma in the months leading up to our big day to get to know each other, understand key moments to capture, and discuss some potential transitions to create. They were both so friendly and kind throughout these meetings and shared some great insights and ideas with us too. We were very impressed with the service we received before the wedding day, but this only scratched the surface of what followed after. On the day itself, Charlotte and Gemma were incredible! They were very skilled at splitting up at certain periods to ensure they caught as much of the day as possible. They had such great attention to detail, and stayed for longer than planned as a bonus for us to capture the entire day. Despite us not making it easy for them by having a large team of photographers and videographers covering the wedding, they still navigated this obstacle with ease working alongside them, and got on with all the other vendors seamlessly. It was beautiful seeing relationship they formed with our wedding coordinator! They really went above and beyond for us to ensure we received a beautiful product, but they even took this another step further by checking that we were okay and making sure we had everything we needed. They even gave my wife some kind words of encouragement which was well received by her. As amazing as they were on the day, things got even better! They gave us a sneak peak of one of the highlight reels the following day which was sensational, it made us want to cry watching it. Later on that day, they shared with us a Dropbox link which contained all of the raw footage, and the reels and transitions they promised to capture. Honestly, their work was truly remarkable. They captured our day so beautifully, we were so emotional watching the content they created for us, it really allowed us to relive the day and see some of the things we missed. Beyond that, they sent us a few more reels the day after which was above what they promised, and these were just as beautiful. Considering we won their services in a competition so weren't paying them, we were absolutely blown away for everything they did for us. The whole experience with Charlotte and Gemma from the first meet before the wedding, up until the days after it was 100 times better than anything we could have expected, and are so grateful to them for capturing the greatest day of our lives so beautifully. If you are considering booking Curated Moments to capture your wedding, I wouldn't think twice about it, as you'll be greatly impressed with their service and their product!
