We chatted over zoom first and immediatly myself and my partner felt we had a good connection and chemistry with Charlie. So friendly, approachable and good for comging up with ideas and listening to our requests to make our photos special. From first contact, our experience with Charlie was wonderful. He communicated well, was very flexible and took the effort to meet us in person to get to know us and understand what we wanted. We opted for a pre-wedding photoshoot, ahead of which Charlie put in a lot of effort to find us the perfect setting. Similarly, ahead of the wedding he contacted the church and visited the venue to prepare. During the wedding itself, he was friendly and unobtrusive, guiding everyone subtly. We got on so well with Charlie that guests assumed he was one of our friends. Both sets of photos were absolutely stunning and arrived much quicker than we expected.
