Capitall Marquees ltd

If you're on a tight budget then I would recommend this company, but if you're looking for something specific and expect it to be delivered then I'd be dubious. Kay was very helpful during our booking and in the lead up to the big day and cannot fault the company on this. Any changes we wanted were no problems and communication was great. The biggest issue was on the day of set-up. We were told it would be 9am for setup, so my wife went there before to make sure the site was open. 9am came and went, no communication, so we contacted them and they said a lorry had broken down so they were delayed, fine, but at least tell us, I was then told they would call back with an eta. No call back and 4 hours late they turned up to set up, which actually delayed the set up of the site and lots of people had taken time out of their day to help but the time was wasted as there was no marquee. Once it was set up a big section was missing carpet, we were a trestle table short and 1/4 of the marquee was different to the rest meaning we had a pole in the middle of the inside. We did communicate this to the company and we were told they would get back to us to try and resolve it, no communication. The taking down of the marquee went smoothly however and we made it work on the wedding day despite it all. Overall they were ok and certainly served a purpose in the end.
