We booked alerion string trio for our wedding day. Our consultation with john leading up to the wedding was great and we felt so confident and excited to have them play at our wedding. It was an outdoor ceremony and alot had happened in the morning of the wedding that resulted to it running 30mins late. However a member of the trio was creating a lot of unwanted and unnecessary stress for the groom and his attitude towards the groom was not acceptable! He kept coming up the groom putting pressure on him asking silly questions such as where is the bride when will she be here. What did he expect the groom to do go get the bride himself? The wedding day is stressful enough and the groom did not need a supposed professional to be constantly asking him questions being rude stressing the groom out and making the situation even more stressful! The trio was saying to the groom they have another event to go to straight after ours so will have to leave. As professionals who im sure do several weddings you'd think they should take into account that weddings dont always go to plan and therefore instead of having events back to back you should account for this. Professionalism was definitely lacking on

This is just to say our BIG THANK YOU for a lovely performance to our wedding last 14th of June 2025. Their performance and music was absolutely perfect! Everyone enjoyed and LOVED IT! We were looking for the performers after the ceremony to personally say thank you and tell them how amazing their performance but they left before we could get a chance. My husband, Dave really love all the songs. And the Whitney Houston song — really made me cry because they played it so beautiful… THANK YOU! Definitely we will book them again in any future events we will have and recommend them to our friends and family. You all did amazing! Thank you for making our day the BEST DAY!
